Under 18's 2010/11 Squad Announcement

Following the recent re-introduction of the Halesowen Town under 18's team, the youth team coaching staff have now cut the squad down to a managable size for the 2010/11 season. The initial trials took place at the start of the of August, with a further three training sessions sandwiched between the first two league games of the season, which Jamie Marler and his assistants used to take a good look at over 50 players. The following squad has now been confirmed:

Adam Reece, Amin Ali, Ben Poulton, Brad Sharpe, Dan Spence, David Gordon, Dexter Young, Eddie Rhodes, Ethan Yates, Harvey Pearson, Joshua Hill, Kelan Hudson, Lewis Poole, Louis Robinson, Paul Hoult, Peter Jacob, Shane Shaw, Spencer Blackham, Tyler Maxwell, Xenon Smith.

The door however is not closed on the players who missed out on the final twenty, as call back trial sessions will be held throughout the season to check on the development of players and giving lads another chance to stake a claim for a place in the squad.

The youth team have started the season brightly, having lost there first game 3-1 away to Wednesfield, to played host to Rugby Town in a 1-1 draw at the Grove last Wednesday. The youth teams next game is away at Tividale on Thursday 2nd September, kick off 7.30pm.

Admission to home game is priced at Adults £2 / Concessions £1.
